Jib doors

Jib doors have nothing to do with mystery anymore. They no longer are meant for secret passages, high power secret operations and/or certainly not for hiding the ugly side of a freakish double life.  So, if you were planing to partake in one of the above activities then you'll have to find another way of keeping it to yourself.  Now a days Jib doors are too popular to disguise what's behind.  It is more for aesthetical purposes than anything else and that's ok, you should not panic!  Jib doors have just decided to catch up with the 21st century and it's doing the right thing now.  It grants everybody the freedom to camouflage a kitchen that happens to be in the wrong place.  It also gives homeowners and designers the flexibility to keep their wallpaper intact without any door frame disturbing the view.  So as you can see Jib doors are the coolest thing now and it solves a lot of crucial situations.  Enjoy!

There are a lot of only-positive words that can be said to describe Pierre Yovanovitch's style, one and an absolute appropriate one would be Ultimate Refinement.  By looking at his design we can clearly spot in every detail of craftsmanship his "Made in France" signature style.  From amazing Chateaus to five-star hotels the presence preservation of good architecture is a a trademark.  I can honestly spend hours looking at his striking work and never get tired instead always inspired.  Enjoy!

Every home should have: Something unexpected

Don't you like it when you go into a place and for some reason you can't immediately explain everything feels just right!  Besides making you feel comfortable and at ease, that interior also keeps you wanting to see more and stay longer.  The unexpected touches throughout makes the whole experience more engaging.  I love a bold elaborate mirror on a white wall, an unusual and uncommon chair or even simply a particular choice of wall color. White washed interiors

Who would I fool if I tell you that I love all white interiors?  I don't really admire an all-white space.  I'm not dead yet!  If you linger and take a deeper look into my blog, you'll know that I favor colors a lot!  To be precise colors that are not crazy-looking but colors that complement a harmonious palette.  I happen to like these rooms here because of the simple reason that they have the interesting complement of earth tones such as browns, grays, wood tones and some interesting details as metal touches.  Now that's a white room I can be in.  Enjoy!
